so it’s saturday. i just rode 22 miles on the road ride which honestly isn’t that much but i conclude it in my legs. i am way out of shape. the loop i did is nice a bit of a headwind for the first half but on reletively flat road with a good surface not too much climbing great measure half scenery nice road conditions. good circle good ride.
i am still eating turkey. two days ago i made a caponata and put it all over the turkey last night i just heated it up and put mustard on it, today maybe i’ll make an olive tapenade and cover the turkey in that….

Reminds me of a time I heard a woman screaming in the middle of the night. I tried to sleep through it but she just wouldnt forbid. Finally. I had to get up and let her out of the basement.

In all seriousness color widows are very rarely fatal especially for a full-grown adult. They don’t administer very much venom.

Wow that went right over my head. I thought you were being metaphorical as the females kill the males after mating so I thought you meant you accidentally disturbed her right as she was killing the male and she got pissed and bit you.
My approve is all messed up. I can’t do much more than a bring together of miles on the ride alter now. It sucks!
Come to think of it you’re right about the miles on a bike…even with my lack of recent apply. I’m capable of 8 miles on foot so 22 on ride shouldn’t be that bad…
Nice bit of riding there. You got to go away slowly and build up. When I started approve up this spring I was only doing about 12 miles. Two Sundays ago I rode 68 miles. It’s taken a long time to get back up to that type of mileage. It’s helped the waistline but not my opening line.
