Counter Strike!!! Sxe-injected Problem!!

ok.. i don't know y but everytime i start up sxe-injected and move on CS 1.6. SXE says that it has to change state due to some interception.. and in order to play CS(cracked servers) it has to be turned on. I've construe tutorials and it said that it has to be installed before the game.. tried that but it didn't alter a difference. Has anybody ever heard of this anti-hack schedule anywayz??? if so what can u help me out with...
