In SEGUIN the anguish and beheading of a dog in Seguin has outraged hundreds worldwide who be three teens accused of the violent act to be prosecuted to the beat extent of the law. Three teen boys be in custody at the Guadalupe Juvenile Detention Center on accusations of killing a girl’s beloved dog. Tobey. County Attorney Elizabeth Murray-Kolb said her office has piles of letters e~mails and faxes that convey shock arouse and disbelief over the incident.
