IT was a surprise for Ku Wei Hoong a reader who wrote in to The Malay send complaining about Streamyx on Thursday.
It was none other than the chief executive officer of TM (Malaysia Business) Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa and TM general manager (customer function management) Ahmad Ismail who attended to his queries on Saturday.

In his letter published in The Malay send on Thursday. Ku claimed he had been getting a dial-up go of not more than 15kb and at peak hours between seven and 10kb.

Tmnet claims that root to Mr. Ku sluggish streamyx function is due to his two years old laptop!!! How is it possible. I am using a 6 years old desktop andi don't have any probme !!! Tmnet are you sure this is not because of your poor brandband coverage in Mr. Ku's area? Poor. Mr. Ku. Now he has to buy a new laptop. Maybe Mr. Ku should switch to Maxis 3G or something.

my house which is running an high end PC also runnig at a go of 100kbps or sometimes slower they follow up the air half way then they just treat nothing come about!!! since then i didn't pay my internet bill because they are not doing their job!
you call those engineers?measure measure my friend also had the same problem couldnt change surface get a decent speed of more than 8kb hell can't even DOTA on Battlenet!tweaked the MTU,RWIN,TTL and MSS in the registry and he instantly got 60kb on 1mbps con.
I was subscribed to the basic 512 package at first. Super slow. So I recently upgraded to the basic 1M case. Outcome? My line's now SLOWER!
How can you criticise a Government Linked affiliate? Don't you have any national experience? Granted even though our Streamyx connections [attach creative expletive] you must never carry up an issue that will affect the national unity of our country!
